Fruitful Homes is an award winning renovation consultancy business, founded by Kayla Mcsporran.

Kayla has 10 years of firsthand renovation experience, alongside a gift that cannot be taught or learned – the ability to realise any homes true potential and bring that vision to life through her designs.

Her renovation plans are a thorough, customised instruction manual to creating a home you’ll love. They don’t subscribe to the latest trends or styles, but rather complement the home they are built for and the family functioning within.

OUR SERVICES

CONSULTATION

Generally, an hour and more often than not, a starting point for a renovation plan. We visit your home, discuss your project in detail and listen to any ideas you already have. We use this time to understand your personal style, your motivations, any time frames you may have and get an idea of your budget. We offer some initial advice, take some measurements and photos and gather all the information we need to create your renovation plan.

RENOVATION PLAN

Our renovation plans are a step by step guide, personalised to your project. We outline everything you’ll need from materials to trades, specific product selections, floor plans and estimate costings to help you stick to your budget. The renovation plan is either emailed to you or a bound, hard copy supplied. We are well aware, from experience, that renovations take time. For this reason, as part of this service, we remain in contact throughout your project. You can contact us for advice, or to answer any questions as you go, whether that be in 6 months, or 5 years time.

PROJECT GUIDANCE

We understand that time is precious, and renovations are stressful! We offer a ‘project guidance’ service that can be customised to your needs. We will be involved as little or as much as you require.
